Hartford Commons Townhomes, Eden Prairie Minnesota

Hartford Commons is one of Eden Prairie’s newest town home developments located directly east of the Eden Prairie Mall, with quick access to Interstate 494. Hartford Commons consists of over 300 town homes and condos ranging from the low 200’s to the high 300’s. The builder and developer, David Bernard sold its last town home in 2007.

Hartford Commons is a connected community. It features sidewalks, trails and cobblestone brick streets. You will also find lush landscaping, a community gazebo, a large fountain and playground equipment.

Residents can walk to many close by conveniences such as Target (connected to the Eden Prairie mall), Cub, Hollywood Video, Lifetime Fitness, the Hennepin County Library and a variety of great restaurants such as Redstone, Champs, Maggio’s, Wildfire, Old Chicago, Jake’s and many others. There are also running and biking trails close by, some connecting to trails that can take you all the way into Minneapolis.
